A new place by the owners Pogromcy Meatów – Andrzej Andrzejczak and Tomasz Tomaszek – was opened on Friday. Siewcy Smaku was launched at Hala Koszyki and offers healthy food based on groats, bean sprouts and grasses. At the menu, you’ll find baskets, sandwiches on their own sourdough bread and soups. All products come from reputable suppliers – including sprouts from Andrzej Kmita, fish from Pan Samdacz, groats from Młyn Kopytowo. The menu features, among others, basket with rabbit meat, quinoa, roasted carrots and parsnips, sage, nasturtium leaf, braised mushrooms and mushroom demi-glace.
