Tomorrow a new vegan place VegeLabb opens in Soho Factory. The place is created by VegePack online store owner Kasia Wojciechowska-Nowak. In VegeLabb you will be able to both do some shopping and eat on the spot. The place offers buddha bowls, sandwiches or breakfasts, a cocktail of power, or juice organic. The author of the Buddha bowls composition is a young chef Rafal Ślugaj. The menu features, among others, Buddha from Warsaw (with smoked tempeh and silage), the Buddha of Tel-Aviv (with hummus and avocado).
