Bistro Wiejska opened in the beginning of October on Wiejska street in the neighbourhood of Sejm (Polish Parliament) buildings. The frequently changing menu focus on Mediterranean cuisine eg. French and Italian soups, seafood, salads, beef and lamb dishes. In the early afternoon they serve a daily changed lunch menus e.g. with minestrone soup, vegetables spicy cream with Parma ham, chicken breast roulade stuffed with rice, fruit and fresh arugula, ribs sous vide with mashed peas, or Kebbeh – beef tenderloin meat balls stuffed with walnuts.
