Cooking Show and Italian Cuisine Week at Focaccia Ristorante

Italian Cuisine Week, organized by the Embassy of Italy, the Italian Cultural Institute and the Italian Chamber of Commerce, starts on Monday. Selected Italian restaurants were invited to participate in the event. They prepared a special tasting menu for 70PLN per person. On this occasion at Focaccia Ristorante you can eat buffet of Italian antipasti, spaghetti aglio e olio and tiramisu. On November 25 for the grand finale of Italian Week Focaccia will organize a Cooking Show by Diego Bongiovanni – Italian chef, well-known from Italian radio and television. Diego Bongiovanni, along with Michael Rajewski, Chef of Focaccia Ristorante, will prepare 8-course tasting menu. You’ll have, among others, timbale with ricotta cheese, misticanza salad, quail eggs and crispy bacon, canelloni Sorrentina style, breast of duck with red onion jam from Tropea and panna cotta with candied strawberries and shortbread.
