The Roots cocktail bar is located in Dom Wódki at Wierzbowa street. The bartenders team is composed of Tomasz Małek, Stanisław Zachariasz, Arnold Skiba and Jakub Rżanek. The Roots wants to go to the roots of the bartending history, hence in the decor you will find such elements as antique shakers and gadgets, and even bartender’s manual dated 1862! The cocktails menu consists of two parts. The first one includes the most known cocktail classics such as eg. Cobbler (1809) or Daiquiri (1890). The second one consists of signed seasonal cocktails inspired by the regions of the Poland as eg. Kurpie (rye walnut vodka with honey syrup and spices) or Kaszuby (spelt wheat vodka with vanilla syrup, pressed apple juice, apple puree and yeast paste).
