Ruza roza – Balkan restaurant – opened on the Francuska street and replaced the The One restaurant existing there since last spring. The menu features Balkan dishes prepared by chefs duo Big and Little Boris (father and son) coming from Bulgaria. The appetitizers include pastarma – flavorful slices of marinated beef, spicy peppers börek – grilled peppers stuffed with sheep cheese or banitsa with sirene – Bulgarian cheese baked in Kuri pie. You can also eat there soups (eg. lamb or spicy fish soup), seafood, burgers (with chickpeas with egg, with meat sticks or minced lamb). As a Boris chefs specialty you can order lamb, moussaka, or meat platter for 2 people.
