Big changes at Foksal St. At the venue after closed Socjal Gastronomy Foksal 18 was opened. The new place is run by Dariusz Kuźniak, known among others from Top Chef. Gastronomy Foskal 18 offers a “signature Italian menu with elements of world cuisine.” The menu features snacks (eg. Grilled shrimps wrapped in Parma ham), pasta (eg. Lasagne with roasted vegetables and spinach leaves), salads, soups, pizzas, steak & chicken (eg. chicken fillet in a Jerusalem artichokes light sauce and cooked leeks), fish and seafood (eg. grilled octopus on potato salad with tomato jam).
