Chinkalnia was opened in Warsaw last week. Chinkalnia is a restaurant chain offering Georgian specialties. It has the highest number of restaurants in Ukraine, in Poland it has been present in Krakow and Wroclaw so far. Warsaw’s restaurant was opened on Tuesday at Piękna 15. Chinkalnia menu is featured mainly by Georgian dumplings stuffed with veal stuffed called chinkali. They are available in the original version, as well as versions with herbs and cheese. There are also other Georgian delicacies – chaczapuri, grilled dishes, Georgian skewers or lobio imeretian red bean dishes.
