According to our announcement, the first hemp bistro in Warsaw – Filip z Konopi, was opened at Wilcza. It offers vegetarian and vegan 100% plant food. Hemp in Filip z Konopi’s kitchen is represented by: seeds, hemp oil, hemp milk, hemp flower, hemp flowers and leaves. Of course, all products are legal. The menu includes: HempBurgers – among others Gram Burger with chickpea and hemp flour, Red Burger with beets, roasted sunflower, sesame and hemp seeds; HempDogs – among others SnoopDog – a sausage from mushrooms, beets, millet and hemp flour.
