One of the most talented Polish Chefs, Jacek Grochowina, is about to open his own restaurant soon. NOLITA will be located in the restaurants agglomeration at the corner of Wilcza and Poznańska Streets. The menu will represent the style of Modern European Cuisine, based on seasonal, highest quality products. Jacek Grochowina worked for 5 years at London’s Ritz hotel, he also worked at other world class restaurants. NOLITA’s opening is planned for November. We’ll keep you updated about the exact date.
