Surya is located on Wałowa Street, at Slawomir Bubicz Academy of Yoga. The place is probably the only raw food restaurant in Warsaw. Raw food cuisine excludes thermal treatment. In the case of Surya cuisine, we also have to deal with raw vegan food, so you won’t have any animal products here. Four different manu cards are available here, they change every two days. You can taste here, among others, scrambled eggs made from almonds and sunflower seeds with spices and dried tomatoes, dried bread with linseed, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, dumplings made from beet slices.
