Since few days you can spot in Warsaw a truck with a painted view of the New York skyscrapers. This is new mobile venue offering street food – Roots Food Truck. Its owner, Julia, grew up in New York City and street food is close to her roots, now she wants to bring it Varsovians. What matters for her is quality, everything they sell is fresh and prepared daily. Roots Food Truck specializes in cheese grilled sandwiches and New York hot dogs. They recommend among others Reuben – grilled cheese sandwich, roast beef and sauerkraut, and BBQ chicken with chicken, spinach, guacamole, cheddar cheese and arugula. Peanut butter lovers will certainly appreciate peanut butter sandwich with bacon or banana. We can order here also chilli con carne, or hot dog with chili con carne and cheese. The menu will be changing, new ideas are about to appear soon. Roots Food Truck has no fixed location at the moment, they appear at trade fairs and major events.
