A new Culinary School will start its operations from the fall semester in Warsaw. Among her professors you can find: Kurt Scheller, Paweł Oszczyk, Karol Okrasa, Barbara and Piotr Adamczewski. VMI Culinary School is the first institution in Poland of higher education in FOOD DESIGN – culinary arts. Students will gain knowledge of culinary techniques and sourcing of quality products. They will learn both Polish cuisine, including regional, and world cuisines. They will be prepared to run a restaurant both from the managerial, technological, economic, organizational and legal sides, as well as to the train and develop staff. Tuition fee is 1600 PLN per month (for full-time studies).
