After uncountable places serving better or worse Vietnamese Pho noodle soup, it’s highest time for places with other Vietnamese products in Warsaw. In June, on Chmielna street cafe Bonjour Vietnam was opened. It offers Vietnamese coffee and “Banh mì Pa-Te” sandwiches. Vietnamese sandwiches called “Banh Mi ‘ come from French colonialism in Indochina. They combine elements of French cuisine (baguettes, pate and mayonnaise) with authentic Vietnamese ingredients such as coriander, chili peppers and pickled carrots. In the menu of Bonjour Vietnam you will also find other Vietnamese products like refreshing drink based on tofu with sweet “Thach den” jelly.
