Co To To Je Restaurant, which opening Warsaw Foodie announced in January, was opened on February 6th. Co To To Je restaurant is the first place in Warsaw serving food based on insects. You’ll find in the menu among others: locusts in tempura, with red curry, beetles in ripening ham, duck with crickets and raspberries sauce, with buckwheat. For dessert, you can even eat insects in chocolate. The main supplier of the product is Fabryka Owadów, where the insects are fed with organically grown vegetables and fruits, and then carefully selected.
