Brasserie Warszawska is a new venture of Daniel Pawelek, owner of the famous Butchery and Wine. Brasserie Warszawska concept is kept secret for now. On Górnośląska Street, the last clean up works is in progress. Brasserie’s team is working hard, even on the weekend. The place opens on Tuesday. It’ll be interesting to see if Brasserie will be as successful as Butchery, which gained the title of Knajpa Roku (Restaurant of the Year) from largest Polish daily Gazeta Wyborcza.
