Kalinowe Serce

Famous Polish actor Maciej Zakościelny and Zbigniew Dzięgiel, the founders of the artistic foundation named Kalinowe Serce after actress popular in the 60s Kalina Jędrusik on Wednesday, Sept. 18 opened in Żoliborz cafe of the same name. The venue is placed in the former butcher’s shop on the Krasinskiego Street and  is supposed to be a meeting place for the locals, cafe, club and gallery. It will held exhibitions, readings and concerts. You can drop there  for a cup of coffee, tea or eat cinnamon apple pie or salad based on actress’ recipe. It’s all accompanied by memorabilia of Kalina Jędrusik and sounds of her songs coming from the speakers.
