Lokal Bistro is a place dedicated to slow burgers established a few months ago on Krakowskie Przedmiescie. Menu containes not only popular burger with beef, but also original versions with cod or camembert. Recently they introduced also burger with beef tongue not met before in other places. In addition to burgers, the menu features seasonal novelties such as fresh cheese with honey, beef with mushroom sauce or baked potato with cheese. Currently they are working on autumn menu, which is supposed to include not just burgers proposals. Lokal Bistro is owned by Aleksander Baron, who successfully runs also popular restaurant and cafe at Solec 44, Powiśle.
