Culinary Direct Action – Mushrooms

Slow Food Convivium Warsaw invites you on Saturday for an autumn Culinary Direct Action, with mushrooms in the leading role. Mushrooms will be discussed by Marta Wrzosek, Polish Mushroom Society of Mycology, restaurateur Martin Kręglicki, President of Las-Bor Waldemar Tomaszewski and Piotr Adamczewski, journalist and culinary expert. You will be able to taste violet and white wild mushrooms as well as to learn how to dry, freeze and process forest mushrooms. The meeting is accompanied by a fair, and after the meeting at KINO.LAB in Zamek Ujazdowski at 2pm, an early pre-screening of the film “Now, Forager” will take place.
