Superiore offers a course of basic knowledge about wine. Within three hours, the organizers plan to share their knowledge about the history and origin of wine, wine grapes and their characteristics, explain how to read the labels on the bottles, as well as how to choose a wine in the restaurant and to compose it with a meal. The meeting will be cover a tasting of five wines and snacks.
