Signature Restaurant was established in December 2012 in Art Nouveau building of Glass Family on Poznanska Street. The building was a seat of the Soviet embassy in the past, which left their little characteristic signs in the design. Currently, the Hotel H15 Boutique Apartments are based here. Signature Cuisine is an ambitious international cuisine with a strong accent of Jan Piecuch, Executive Chef. The menu features among others Venison Tartar, Sauteed foie gras, Veal Marsala and Praline Tart.
