Duchnicka Food and Wine was known so far as Joseph’s Food and Wine and it’s been recently relaunched. The new Chef Martin Budnik is Joseph’s Seeletso longtime associate. The menu is mostly changed, but with respect for the former Chef, some of the dishes are the same. Duchnicka continues to operate in the wine bar formula. In the store, you can choose the right bottle for yourself and drink it with a cork fee in place.
