Minus Jeden (Minus One) is a new place opened in Żoliborz at the end of January. It’s a bar and a shop where you can drink various types of wine and beer. So far, they have 29 different beer and 70 wines, but the offer will be expanding. In the bar you can find wines imported directly from Austrian producers, as well as wines from Tuscany and Spain. There are also niche and regional beers from Poland, Czech, Ukraine and Belgium. Food served here is mainly snacks served with a pint of beer or glass of wine. Among the appetizers we can find cheese, Italian and Spanish meats, olives, capers and sun-dried tomatoes. Minus Jeden is also a jazz club regularly hosting jam sessions.
