Opasły Tom PIW

Opasły Tom PIW is a restaurant of Agnieszka and Marcin Kręgliccy, where Agata Wojda is Executive Chef. Opasły Tom changes its menu regularly. It is based on seasonal and local products. Short menu is divided into a la carte and tasting menu (4 or 6 courses), which may be accompanied by selected wines. Opasły Tom PIW was created in the place after the National Institute of Publishing bookstore, which in the 60’s was visited by Antoni Slonimski, Stanislaw Jerzy Lec, Gustaw Holoubek and Janusz Glowacki.
