Burger Kitchen

Marta Glinka 25 May 2013

Burger Kitchen, a new restaurant by Thomasz  Wozniak is opened from today. The concept of the place and its design is inspired by owner’s journeys. There is an open kitchen, 60 seats for guests in the interiours reffering to Parisian bistro atmosphere and raw lofts. You can start the day here with breakfast (served in a week from 7:30!) and order healthy porridge, omelette or home granola. During the day and later on, there are different burgers options available with various extras (eg from red onion marmalade, Calabrian salami or Mimolette cheese, including vegetarian options). Burgers are important part of the menu but there are more dishes to choose from. There are also chips with rosemary, snacks (such as guacamole , humus), salads, shakes. When it comes to  drink there is wine, beer, and alcohol drinks. Weekend brunches should be also available soon.
