Bon Vivant is a name of a new restaurant opened in Hoza a month ago. In the morning you can drop in for breakfast, during the day for lunch and in the evening for dine and wine. In the short menu reflecting the seasons, there are some appetizers (oriental salmon tartare or salad with goat cheese and caramelized beets, two soups (chilled and artichokes), several main dishes (m.in veal shank), cheeses and meat plates to go with wine and desserts. Wines that you can enjoy on-site are offered at affordable prices.
