Have you missed new openings in Powisle? If you thought they only take place in the summer, you were wrong. Several days ago, Bułka i tarta was opened at Topiel. Bułka i tarta is a small place with a few tables. The menu covers cheese and meat burgers, fish and meat balls with sauces, soy vege hot dogs, wraps and tarts. Every day there is also a soup of the day and one other main course – such as penne carbonara, or ham baked with chicken in blue cheese sauce.
