Martin Gimenez Castro, well-known to a wide audience after appearance in TopChef TV show, will become the Executive Chef of Restaurant Salto soon. Martin comes from Argentina, he has lived in Poland for seven years. He specializes in cuisine from South America, especially in steaks. In Poland, he was, among others, chef at restaurants Argentina and Hoza by Mondovino. Salto will be located at Rialto Hotel. The opening is scheduled for February 2014.
