It’s probably still top secret, but Warsaw Foodie already knows. Soon at 10 Nowogrodzka St. a new restaurant and bar Bibenda will be opened. The place wants to offer signature meals, honestly cooked using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Bibenda promises that the kitchen will be opened till late hours – until midnight. In addition, in the bar you will find locally brewed beers, fine wines and cocktails. The authors of Bibenda are Beniami Bielecki and Zbyszek Gawron – the owners of the catering company Ma noże i może. We will keep you updated about the opening.
