At the end of November Sepia, restaurant serving creative International cuisine moved from Bemowo, to Marki, near Warsaw. The chef and owner of the place similar as the one location in Bemowo is Jedrzej Kraus with long cooking experience gained in Sydney, Australia. The new location is much more spacious vs the previous one, in spring in front of the restaurant they plan to set up a summer garden. The menu is changing regularly and new dishes appear quite often. The current menu features among others: gruyere cheese souffle with sunflower sprouts and pomegranate, grilled duck breast with roasted sweet potato, cabbage, pomegranate and red wine sauce or a parfait of white chocolate with peanut dacquise, raspberries and chocolate mousse.
