During the weekend a new and interesting place was opened in Zoliborz. The name of it is DOM and it has an intimate interior of an old villa. The place has only 5 tables. It is characterized by a homely atmosphere, the owners serve guests here. The cuisine is based on homemade dishes, the menu is short. Last weekend DOM tested its menu, which covered among others Pancakes with gravlax, Duck breast in orange and nuts, Risotto with beets and goat cheese, Beef cheeks bourguignon style with mashed potatoes.
