Adam Leszczynski is known from Top Chef TV Show and restaurant Kaskrut, where until recently he was the head chef. Adam is soon opening his own place. The restaurant will be located in the city center and will be called KOTAKOTA. The name refers to cats, which the chef is a fan of, also in Maori it means lime. Cuisine here is meant to be simple, not over complicated and for every pocket. We do not know the opening date yet, but Adam Leszczynski in the meanwhile announced a collection of furniture and trinkets. All donors will find their name on a piece of furniture given to the restaurant, they will also get a 10% lifetime discount.
