Ave Pizza, Italian pizzeria operating since one year in Powiśle introduces a new seasonal menu based on Italian focaccia. A special menu will be available on weekdays from Monday to Friday for a month. The menu includes two kinds of foccaccia – standard and stuffed, which are prepared from the same dough as the pizza served there. The dough is matured for 96 hours so it is easy to digest. According to the owner of the place Konrad Januszewicz pizza and focaccia is a very healthy food if it is done the right way with the best ingredients. In the menu there are 8 types of focaccia such as focaccia with speck, arugula, mascarpone and cream or focaccia with mozzarella, gorgonzola cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and honey.
