Bubbles is a new restaurant serving international cuisine and champagnes. Place opened recently at Pilsudski Square. Cuisine at Bubbles focuses on simple international dishes, mostly prepared in front of guests. The menu features, among others, Raclette with pickles and orange jam, Foie gras fried with calvados sauce or Zander on kale with jasmine rice and crayfish sauce. Bubbles is one of the few places where you can drink champagne by the glass. Prices of a glass range from 29 to 42PLN.
