New bistro was established in the office part of Mokotow – at Obrzeżna St. CHIA Bistro – as claimed by the owners – “is dedicated to the energy, simplicity and enjoyment of metropolitan life.” Its name comes from the chia seeds – rich in omega-3. At CHIA Bistro you can have breakfast, snacks, soups, pastas, lunches, sandwiches, salads and desserts. For lunch we will have, among others, Cream Soup Pear-Parsley, Pappardelle with pumpkin and roasted walnuts, Buckwheat with vegetables and forest mushrooms. The dishes are accompanied by colorful fruit and vegetables cocktails.
