Flambeeria Tarte Flambée & Bar is a new place on Hoza Street (entrance from E. Plater). Flambeeria specializes in tarte flambee, a traditional Alsatian dish in a form of hand-made, thinly rolled-out dough covered with a cream fresh sauce. You can eat here tarte flambee with various additives – with bacon, shrimp, chorizo, arugula, gorgonzola cheese, pears, and even lavender flowers. Tarte flambee is baked here in a wood-fired oven. The food can by accompanied by wine, beer, spirits and cocktails.
