Dwie Trzecie restaurant has changed its Executive Chef recently and introduced a new menu. New Chef is Grzegorz Nowakowski. Previously, he worked in London and in Warsaw at restaurants KOM, Flaming & Co. and Amber Room. Recently he headed the kitchen at Akademia restaurant. The new menu features Grzegorz Nowakowski’s signature dishes including salad with lamb, chickpeas, feta cheese and onions in wine with chili, octopus with humus, tabbouleh salad, pepper foam and pomegranate salsa or pork cheeks with sweet potato puree, apple and mushroom ketchup. In addition to the regular menu, the restaurant serves steaks on Tuesdays, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays fish market takes place.
