Tomato – shop, bistro and culinary academy in one – opened on 10th of February at Piękna street in the neighbourhood of Superiore winery. In the deli shop you can buy products originating mainly from local producers, eg. fish from Sygontka farm, Gradzkie cheeses, Koszęcin beef or vegetables from Świętokrzyska Farm… The bistro can eat, different on each day, three-course set (so called trio), vegetarian or meat/fish. Menus is prepared by chef Marcin Piotrowski, a participant in the first edition of Top Chef TV series. Examples of dishes that you can spot there are: Vietnamese rice with Asian spinach, Highlander beef broth, piglet loin on apple-cucumber salad with horseradish or Polish snails in tomatoes. Almost every day you can participate there in the meetings and lectures referring to the idea of a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating.
