‘Straight from the market’ at La Rotisserie

La Rotisserie introduces new spring menu ‘Straight from the market’. Paweł Oszczyk, La Rotisserie Executive Chef, will offer five signature dishes that will change every week. From Monday to Saturday, guests will be able to choose from five proposals and compose their own two- or three-course meal. Each menu includes an appetizer, soup, meat and fish main course and dessert. The proposition assumes full freedom of choices – you can choose for example a soup and dessert or two main courses. The menu starting tomorrow will include Lyon salad with asparagus and crispy egg; Creamy white asparagus soup with chocolate with hazelnut palmiers and seasoned ham; Roasted corn fowl breast in a company of a beetroot cold soup; Roasted trout fillet, served with a calamari ragout, wild garlic and brown rice; Panna cotta with rhubarb, Sauterne jelly and basil. “Straight from the market” at La Rotisserie starts tomorrow, March 25.
