Ambasada Restaurant opened by the end of last year. It is located in a historic building in the Zamoyski Palace just at the beginning of Foksal Street. The restaurant specializes in vegetarian, vegan and raw food cuisine, which makes it stand out against the similar premises in Warsaw. In the menu you may encounter such dishes as Indian dahl soup, spaghetti made from zucchini, lasagna raw food or burger with almonds and carrot chips with kohlrabi frites.
