April 1 is not only April Fool’s Day, but also the opening day of the new Italian, actually Sardinian restaurant in the city center. Sardynia was opened at Oboźna St, at the venue of the former restaurant Gęsia Skórka. The menu here includes, among others, Daily changed Sardinian tart, Spaghetti with bottarga, Sardinian meat rolls with parsley, garlic and lard braised in Vermentino wine, or Frattau Pane – traditional Carasau bread with tomato sauce, egg poche, sprinkled with goat cheese.
