This Saturday Magazyn Usta organizes a Bread Fest at Mysia 3. During the event you will be able to learn how to bake bread, learn its various recipes and ingredients, share sourdough. Attendance was confirmed by: Charlotte, Lukullus, Piekarnia Aromat, Cafe La Ruina, Bake Shop, Makutra, KFTN Gastro, Piekarnia Orientalna Tudel, Pieczywo Klonowski z Falenicy, Tomek Morawiecki and many others. The agenda will include a breakfast served with a choice of breads from all suppliers and pastes prepared by Marysia Przybyszewska, discussion about commercial breadmaking quality led by Małgorzata Minta, as well as the premiere of the latest book, “O chlebie” by the author of the Whiteplate.com blog Eliza Mórawska and meeting the author.
