Multitap of Browary Lubelskie Perła and beers from the Zwierzyniec brewery was officially opened on Friday at Bracka St. The two-storey Perłowa Bistro offers, among others, draft beers Perła Export, Chmielowa, Strong, Perla Koźlak and Witbier, as well as bottled Zwierzyniec Pils, Roztoczańskie, Dymione, Dzikie Ale. In addition to beer, Perłowa Bistro also proposes a full, seasonal Polish cuisine matching the beer. You can eat here, among others Pulled Pork marinated in a Dymione beer served in flatbread with black cumin, hummus and sour cream, as well as Ribs marinated in Koźlak beer, with oyster mushrooms and potatoes.
