There is already a second place after Flambeeria which specialize in Alsatian Tarte Flambee also called Flammkuchen. Recently, foodtruck Flammaster started on the streets of Warsaw. The original version of tarte flambee is served with bacon and onions, but Flammaster offers different versions – eg. with ham and capers, with tomatoes and green pesto, with chorizo and olives, with prosciutto and onions.
