Closed in last year Soul Kitchen was relaunched in early July. Soul Kitchen Bistro has a completely different character and a cuisine, the only connection of these two places is the owner. The climate here is formed by dark wood and bricks, dim, yellowish light, and an interior “window” to the kitchen. Wit Szychowski is the Chef here. He is so far known, among others, from Kaskrut. You can eat here appetizers, main dishes, desserts, there is also daily lunch available. At the first menu you will find such items as Crayfish / beans / leek / dill; Braised beef cheeks / pear / parsley / pistachio / carrot; Zander / Lithuanian “Chorizo” / cauliflower / dill.
