The first place fully devoted to strudels will soon be opened in the center of Warsaw. Strudel Factory wants to focus on manual strudel manufacturing techniques and care for their unique taste. The place will combine the traditions of the Galician and Old Europe with modern gastronomy trends. The menu at Strudel Factory will include strudels with: fish, meat, vegetables and of course sweet strudels with fruits. The opening is planned for August, we will keep you updated.
