The famous Benihana restaurant chain is opening its first restaurant in Poland today – simultaneously with the two other places in Cosmopolitan building at Twarda St. Benihana has over 130 restaurants worldwide, specializes in Japanese cuisine, especially sushi and tappanyaki. Teppanyaki are dishes prepared on a heated iron griddle called teppan. In Benihana, these griddles will be placed near the guests tables, cooks will be preparing dishes there. In Warsaw restaurants you can eat fish and meat prepared in teppanyaki style, there will also be sushi and other dishes like soups, salads and so on in the lounge area.
