Octopus will take over the right bank of the Wisła river in October thanks to sixth annual Octopus Festival at Tavernia Patris. Grilled, roasted and marinated octopus will land on the guests’ plates. A total of eight versions of octopus dishes will be available in a special festival menu through the whole October. You can find there: Octopus carpacio on green salads with vinaigrette (29PLN), Marinated baby octopus with celery, fennel and carrots (25PLN), Octopus salad and garlic potatoes with coriander (29PLN), Pieces of octopus baked with orzo pasta and vegetables (42PLN), Fresh grilled octopus served with warm broad beans (65PLN), Octopus stewed in red wine sauce with honey (45PLN) and Octopus in a creamy white wine sauce with fennel and ouzo (45PLN).
