Twarda has recently been on top. A new raw eco bistro Organitheka was opened there late August. The local dishes are raw, organic, freshly prepared, the products come from local farmers. The chef is Marcin Wygocki. You can eat here breakfasts – eg. The porridge or millet with fruits, vanilla or cocoa millet pudding with fruits; lunches – every day there is a soup of the day, dish of the day, raw bread with humus and salad; there are also healthy sweets and a selection of cold-pressed juices.
