Filharmonia Restaurant is located in Gdansk, on the Olowianka island in the historic building from the late nineteenth century, in which there is a seat of Polish Baltic Philharmonic. The view from the windows extends to the Motlawa river, medieval port crane (called Żuraw) and Długie Pobrzeże boulevard. The restaurant serves international cuisine with elements of molecular gastronomy. In the menu you’ll find, among others, venison sirloin fried with aronia and purple potatoes, filet of duck with fruit emulsion and roasted potatoes or red snapper with mashed potatoes and cod roe emulsion. The chef is Mikołaj Gilecki. In the latest edition of the Gault & Millau guide restaurant has been awarded one hat.
